The poor quality and vision of the Business Plans received by Tantalus Securities has lead to the setting up Business Plan Extra. This new programme is designed to develop how the company and its directors present themselves to prospective investors. With the aim of raising at least £100,000 of seed investment.
Business Plan Extra includes:-
Analysis of your companies funding potential.
Help in writing various Business Plans that reflect the investors likely requirements.
Finding Non Exec directors to strengthen your company Board
Promoting your company on various external Funding Exchanges
Promoting your company to Tantalus Securities Sophisticated Investor links and via the Small Business Funding and Active Angels web sites.
Training in business presentation skills.
Presenting to prospective investors and analysis of performance.
Development of an exit strategy for Investors and Directors.
The Business Plan Extra programme is spread over a minimum of 3 months, and normally takes 6 months. Tantalus Securities charge a fee of £2500 and a success payment of £7500. Representing only 10% of the minimum £100,000 we would expect to find for your company.
If, after completing the programme, your company does not raise at least £100,000 we will only charge £2500 to cover some of our costs.
Unless Tantalus Securities invest into your company, we do not take an equity stack.
