Where investment funding totals are mentioned they refer to our investor links and those registered with other UK and USA based investor networks. Compleation of one of our courses is a prerequisite for presentation to these funding sources. Money back guarantee If, after you have completed a programme and paid in full, you are dissatisfied with our paid products we will refund our fees, less any external charges made on your behalf. No repayment will be made for companies who do not complete the course or do not pay the full cost of the programme. We reserve the right to delay any payment if we believe that you will receive investment because of our programme. We retain the right to claim solus investment supplier status for companies undertaking our business plan courses. Where a company does not tell us that they are talking to other sources of investment we will rescind any money back guarantee. To request a refund please E mail you reasons to refund@bplanbootcamp.com Staged Payments Where staged payments are agreed for our products, an initial payment will be taken, via Pay Pal, on booking and the remaining charges over 60 days - or sooner if the programme is fast tracked. Failure to pay the post booking payments will invalidate any money back guarantee and result in closure of the programme to you. No refunds will be given for part payments made. We reserve the right to pursue you for unpaid element of the programme. Solus Investment advisor status We retain the right to claim solus investment supplier status for companies undertaking our business plan courses. Where a company does not tell us that they are talking to other sources of investment we will rescind any money back guarantee. Extra costs You may be required to subscribe, at extra cost, to external services. If we have asked you to undertake this cost, for a limited period, we will refund the cost after you have paid the supplier. Press coverage Companies taking part in our Business Plan courses may be asked to take part in publicity campaigns for their funding and to promote this web site. Companies who wish to promote their own funding will require our written permission before proceeding. Money Laundering Because of money laundering legislation and liabilities arising from it, we only do business with people of good character and undertake due diligence on all potential customers before proceeding.
